Bethesda’s newest IP needed to find the right mix that honored its Japanese, paranormal mystery roots that brought the spiritual side of Tokyo out of the dark and directly to the mass consumer we needed to win over. We found that balance with Key Visuals and an Announcement Trailer that elevates the heart of that experience against an additional striking AV showcase unveiled in the PS5 Reveal Event.
Brand Strategy, AV Trailers, Key Art
Making a Global Brand
We’re often tasked with bringing the decades of collective experience we have in North America and give games steeped in Japanese culture more global appeal.
A Legendary Survival Horror Mind
Led by the visionary Shinji Mikami and his Tango Gameworks, Ghostwire: Tokyo has many incredibly interesting themes and characters plucked from Japanese Folklore.
Drive Home the Action
It was imperative to Bethesda Softworks that Ghostwire: Tokyo retain a haunting Japanese spirituality but be known as an action experience first and foremost.
Ensuring Worldwide Interest
Ghostwire: Tokyo is another example of how our campaign is truly a global experience and gave us the ability to speak to a mass consumer through two Trailers and a Key Visual Suite.
